Andrew Lawton is a broadcaster, columnist and public speaker. Most recently, he hosted the Andrew Lawton Show on 980 CFPL in London, and wrote a national column for Global News.

Andrew has always been a champion for small business and a stalwart advocate for financial responsibility and accountability in government.

Like one in two Canadians, Andrew has been personally affected by mental illness. He has tackled depression and survived a suicide attempt. By seeking public office, Andrew will deliver new ideas to Ontario's mental healthcare system and push for an approach that puts patients and frontline workers first.

As a broadcaster, Andrew has interviewed prime ministers, cabinet ministers, authors and other thought leaders. Hosting of one of the city's most listened-to radio shows has given Andrew a direct line into the biggest challenges and concerns Londoners face.

He's driven engaging conversations, fostered debate and challenged ideas, all of which he will do as a full-time advocate for London West at Queen's Park.

Andrew’s commentary and analysis has appeared in the Toronto Sun, Globalnews.ca, the National Post, and the Washington Post, along with other publications.

He has also appeared as a commentator on Sun News Network, CTV News Channel, BBC World, TVO, Global News, and CTS.

Andrew and his wife, Jennifer, live in London.
